Anyone knows the name of the music ?

The Slowfox routine presented by Mirko & Alessia in this instructional video is composed entirety of basic "school figures" ranging from Pre-Bronze to Gold levels, but I see nothing beyond Gold, i.e. no advanced variations. The Feather Step, Reverse Turn, Three Step & Natural Turn would be the figures someone learning International Style Slow Foxtrot should start with. Everything else in the routine belongs to Silver or Gold levels, but are still considered syllabus figures for those levels. BTW, at the beginning of their presentation Mirko advises that he & his partner will dance their routine "from 2 different angles," he says nothing about Tango. Also, Slowfox can be counted numerically (as Mirko does) or in "slows" and "quicks." The latter might be easier for beginners to follow.

Idiot’s is not a good way to refer to dancers who are starting in a different foot. I am a Latino an paso doble is a marching dance, why we need to make dancing so complicated and scare people who are learning.

In the opening seconds, you are teaching what I call the "La Sixieme" - or "the 16". It is a longer pattern but it is still a basic or bronze step in Paso Doble. It consists of first the Appel, then the promenade walk across for man and lady, into Man's open turn ending in Man going L Partner outside back-walking after turning 1/4 R, and then, at the end of the walks, ending with a 1/4 turn R with a full stop, and then, the man marks time with his feet in quarter split leg position as he mimics the passing of the cape from R to L or so by the matador with the lady doing rock-back checks and walks past the man from one side to another side, and alternating the action in opposite at least once, and then, a truncated repeat of the actions ending with a distinct close. The passes of the lady from one side to another by the man should be cape-shaped in the arms and torso for maximum theatrical effectiveness in this Latin dance that depicts the bull rings of Seville.

I have a very keen eye for the paso doble. The figure before the Chasses to the R with Appel to Promenade looks like an extending second half of The Separation - where, after the leader and follower breakaway to clear Open Facing Challenge position, they come in to closed hold again after the end of the Separation - although the Separation itself (which is also a bronze level - or basic - step) is 8 steps only - first 4 to separate, second 4 for the comeback to closed hold.

Thank you so much. I've spent half a day trying to fix this issue with KB2267602 - Error 0x80070643. Turning off defender from Group Policy has helped. I wish I would have seen when I just encountered the problem.

Foxtrot = 4/4. BRAVO Most videos offer basic shacks like this: slow - slow - fast fast. And this is 3/4. That is, the rhythm of the Waltz. It’s very difficult to dance 3/4 when music is 4/4

hi, this is called 'beginner foxtrot' because the patterns are beginning patterns. What you are watching is beginner patterns being danced by some of the best dancers in the entire ballroom world. He's doing it with an advanced technique which is why it doesn't look like he's stepping on the beat to you. But he's very much epitomizing what it should look like in the end.
